Shots:

The first shot starts in a bar with a closeup on the main character. We are able to identify him being the main character because later on, the camera movement is tracking him at individual shots.

...

...
This frame shows the person holding a beer, cigarette and an untied tie. It connotes that he is a smoker who likes beer also his untied tie connotes that he came to the bar straight after a hard day of work.

...

...
Over shoulder shot shows clearly that the person was in his own thoughts and not paying attention.

...

...
Four people involved in this shot also another OSS. On their table, we can see quite a few empty glasses which connotes that they must have been there for hours. More than just one packet of cigarettes are on the table which also tells that not only the main character smokes.

...

...
Mise-en-scene is clear. These CU of the subjects shows the weird walking and that crooked posture. It gives that feel of a zombie film.

...

...
Two shot. Both people are having their feet on the table, one with shoes on. On the table, there are empty cans, papers and an opened orange juice. At the background, a trash bin tipped over. This connotes that both of them are lazy, living in a messy house and do not care about hygiene.

Additional notes:

...
I found these two shots quite interesting. I would say that the director wanted to tell us in one way that today everybody is doing the same thing over and over with the same habits.
